Evans Street Station was born out of love of family, community and genuine hospitality.

We opened in Spring of 2001 in the town’s former fire station, as a neighborhood home-base, rounding out the Tecumseh experience in the downtown district. Local flavor and community stewardship have always been at the core of our culinary and business philosophies. We serve a seasonal, modern, Midwestern menu of tasty, bold flavored foods in a comfortable setting, with hopes that you’ll feel right at home with us. Respect for ingredients, farmers, producers, and our shared environment is the foundation of a good meal. That’s why, from pickles and pasta to ice cream, we make everything from scratch whenever possible. That said, we are food obsessed, and also take pain-staking efforts to gather interesting delectables from around the globe to share with you.

To enhance your experience, we offer a selection of wines from around the world with a focus on small producers, a rotating list of artisan beers with a celebration of Michigan's best, and handcrafted cocktails created by our inventive team.
